Alongside smartphones and wearables, Huawei also improving the tablet’s system security by delivering February 2021 security patch, This update fixes 2 critical and 26 high levels, and 77 medium levels of CVEs.
Now, Huawei released this security patch for MatePad 10.4 users. This device users can found this update with the EMUI version 10.1.0.202 and install it on their respective devices via the following updates steps mentioned at the end of the article.
On the other hand, last week, Huawei’s flagship tablets – MatePad Pro and MatePad Pro 5G received a new software update. It brought a knuckle gesture feature, which allows taking screenshots, screen recording, and opens the split-screen mode using knuckles.
Apart from this, it was reported that the upcoming MatePad Pro 2 powered by HarmonyOS will bring an interesting dock menu sitting at the bottom side with familiar but stylish icons set and looks absolutely awesome.

HOW TO INSTALL:
To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.
Alternatively, you can also request software updates through the Support app. To do this, open the Support app, go to the Service tab on the bottom bar, tap on the update, then select Check for updates and then download and install.
