EMUI 10 for Huawei P smart 2019 rolling out in South Africa

Huawei has been rolling out the EMUI 10 for Huawei P smart 2019 in different countries and now it’s time for the users in South Africa to get an upgrade to EMUI 10 for their P smart 2019.

The EMUI 10 is based on Android 10 and brings new user interface design including the magazine-style UI layout, Morandi UI color system, and the new Dark Mode. (Full changes linked below)

Huawei P Smart 2019 EMUI versions:

EMUI 10 for Huawei P smart 2019 in South Africa comes with EMUI version 10.0.0.187 and a full OTA of 3.42GB.

Note:  The update is rolling out in batches and it may take some to reach your device.

Tip – We recommend you to take a backup of important data before upgrading to the EMUI 10.

How to Update:

Open Settings
Click on ‘System’
Click on ‘Software update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’
