On, June 2, 2021, Huawei launched HarmonyOS powered smart products including Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro. These smartwatches are the first in their segment to come pre-installed with HarmonyOS.

The Watch 3 series comes with a new and interesting design to make the wearable more comfortable while wearing and designed for different scenarios. Also, both smartwatches provide a faster and smoother touch screen experience.

On the other hand, the new HarmonyOS interface gives more opportunity and works seamlessly with the 3D rotating crown to a new user experience.

The watch has a built-in temperature detection sensor that can detect skin temperature and estimate body temperature. With this feature, users can continuously track their body temperature. And also, the device will send a reminder when the body temperature is higher or lower than the set value for 10 minutes.

Smart gesture recognition

After enabling this feature, when a call comes in, keep the screen of the watch faces up and the palm of the hand is down. Then, quickly make a fist and release it once to answer the call.

Swipe right on the watch dial interface to enter the negative screen of the watch, and the service center will be displayed on the negative screen. Then, click on “Service Center” to display all the applications configured by the service center.

Huawei Music

This is an independent music App on the watch, which supports online listening and offline playback of music after downloading. Additionally, users can start/pause the music played on the mobile phone through the negative screen of the watch as well as performs other operations.

Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 9 SE are now grabbing the September 2022 EMUI security patch update in European markets. The latest software update for the Nova series devices brings system stability improvement alongside Android patches.

The September 2022 security update for the Huawei Nova 9 SE is rolling out with the EMUI 12 firmware version 12.0.1.175 (C432E2R3P1) with a package size of 342 MB. Whereas Huawei Nova 9 gets version 12.0.1.257 (C432E2R1P2) with an installation size of 353 MB.

Talking about the new rollout, it integrates the September 2022 EMUI security patches into Huawei Nova 9 devices. The update has very less to explore yet users must note that the patch brings multiple fixes for the device. It mends 10 high-level CVEs and 7 medium-level CVEs of the smartphone system.

Apart from the vulnerabilities, the security patch also brings some small enhancements. Thus, to enjoy the stable and lag-free system, we recommend you install the update as soon as it reaches your device.

Huawei is rolling out a new software update for the P50 Pro smartphone that comes with September 2022 EMUI security patch. These software updates are essential for your flagship such as P50 Pro. It’s an initial rollout phase and Huawei has already released this software to various models.
