Huawei and AITO are working together to bring up new car models. In the latest edition, Huawei AITO M9 now allegedly appeared in a 3D design patent.

Chinese patent office has recently published a patent with application number CN307970319 and the company filed this patent on July 29, 2023. Also, it was released on April 11, 2023.

According to images, the new car uses through-light strips, polygonal headlights, hidden door handles, densely-spoked wheels, and roof racks.

It does not use the lidar on the roof like the M5 smart driving version. However, we can this appearance with three lidars on the front fender of the HI version. Still, these 3 sensors do not look like the lidar style but certainly not The single lidar solution of the M5 high-end version.

Past information reveals that the new car may use an extended power range and could utilize pure electric power. It is also expected to equip air suspension. Furthermore, the use of a HarmonyOS operating system-powered cockpit will make it operate smartly all around for the user.

Previously, Huawei Smart Car BU chief, Yu Chengdong said that the AITO M9 will launch this year but an exact launch date is yet to come.
