WPS Office completes HarmonyOS native app core features development
Huawei has officially announced that the WPS Office has completed the HarmonyOS native app core features development. Consumers will soon be able to use a new version of the Office app with smoother and safer services across many devices.
So far, the WPS Office suite (Kingsoft Office in China) relies on the open and innovative functions of the HarmonyOS system. In 2022, the WPS Group said that it would gradually align with Huawei 1+8+N equipment, which will offer better services to users.
WPS Office suite is a powerful toolkit that enables users to operate their work-life tasks efficiently. One can share, edit, open, and merge multiple files using this application. It further lets you manage documents, new presentations, and spreadsheets.
On the other hand, the WPS Office has an in-build PDF editor that allows you to convert your documents in different formats, remove watermarks, compress files, and collaborate with other teammates using high-performance capabilities.

As of now, WPS Office has developed the HarmonyOS native app core features and will soon introduce the official HarmonyOS NEXT-based application to users.
Huawei says that this phase will bring more productive experience in terms of office work. Besides, the HarmonyOS NEXT-based app version will resolve all the concerning points that users often deal with while collaborating, privacy, security, and protection.
Everything combined, the new WPS Office application for HarmonyOS-powered devices will provide stable, responsive, and improved functions to consumers. Also, it will enhance the privacy aspects and make the app more secure.
