[Vodafone UK] Honor 8X receiving EMUI 10

Last month, EE rolled out EMUI 10 for Honor 8X in the UK beginning the rollout for this mid-range smartphone. Moving forward, Vodafone UK also joined the name of networks to roll out the EMUI 10 for Honor 8X.

Vodafone UK rolling out EMUI 10 for Honor 8X, which brings the latest users interface design with Magazine Style UX and new features such as Dark Mode.

Note: The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time to reach your device.

EMUI VERSIONS:

Vodafone UK rolling EMUI 10 for Honor 8X with EMUI version 10.0.0.175 and a software package size of 3.58GB.

Tip – Back up important data and keep the phone sufficiently charged before beginning to upgrade.

HOW TO UPDATE:

Via Settings:

Open Settings
Click on ‘System’
Click on ‘Software update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare/Support:

Open HiCare/Support app
Click on ‘Services’ tab
Click on ‘Update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’

Note: HiCare is now renamed as the Support App.
