The Device Info HW application shows that the MatePad Pro 11 2024 is indeed using Kirin 9000S but it’s a bit different from the version used for Huawei Mate 60 Pro.
The chipset architecture of the Kirin 9000s is 1+3+4 including 1 x 2.49GHz clock rate + 3 x 2.15GHz + 4 x 1.53GHz respectively. The main change in the chipset lies in its super large core, which is locked at 2.62GHz in Mate 60 Pro.
The specifications also confirm that the large core supports hyper-threading technology with 8 ores and 12 threads. The software is identifying this chipset architecture as 2+6+4 but it’s actually 1+3+4.
So, the Huawei MatePad Pro 11 2024 is the first tablet device to pack with this adjusted frequency chipset.
