New Huawei Sound X speaker to launch alongside Huawei P50
Huawei is preparing for the next launch event, and the company will surely be introducing a number of new products for the consumers. These include a new flagship device, smart screen, and a new Sound X speaker.
According to a well-known Weibo digital blogger – Chrysanthemum Fans, Huawei is likely to unveil a new Devialet Sound X speaker and it could unveil on July 29. The tipster also suggests that this new speaker is codenamed “Flamingo”.
Moreover, Huawei Sound X also be supporting devices powered by HarmonyOS operating system to provide a cross-device seamless user experience.
New Huawei Sound X Flamingo:
A previous report reveals that the upcoming Sound X speaker borrows the design shape of its predecessor along with subtle new changes.
Information suggests that Huawei Sound X will come with a light effect, which can be activated via clicking the next button, while the speaker is emitting the white light.
If the indicator light isn’t emitting the white lights, then you can try to long-press the mute button for 5 seconds until the white light effect isn’t activated. To be mentioned, Huawei Sound X supports smart features such as one-touch control, Huawei share, and HiLink smartphone home control connection.
To launch alongside Huawei P50 Series:
For now, Huawei has not announced any official launch date for this speaker. However, the tipster suggests the Sound X unveil on July 29, which is also marking the launch of the Huawei P50 series.
This also makes sense, as Huawei will also introduce other smart devices at the launch event.

According to the latest information shared by the Weibo tipster – Digital King, a new version of Huawei Sound X spotted on Huawei AI Life App. This new model has a unique crystalline surface and violet shade color effect.
The parameters of this second-gen sound device is still unknown but, the model and aesthetics of the Sound X are clearly shown in the picture. It adopts a similar design as the previous Sound X in Black color and a jumbo button at front.

You can see the four buttons at the top for volume indicators placed in the ring module alongside the Huawei Share logo. It may possible that this new comes with the latest HarmonyOS interface with distributed capabilities.
As I mentioned earlier, this latest Sound X comes with a light effect, which can be activated via clicking the next button, while the speaker is emitting the white light.
