Huawei Watch Fit New is the upgraded variant of the standard Watch Fit, which is now receiving a new firmware 1.1.0.38 update in China. This smartwatch offers NFC functionality, 97 sports modes, and much more convenient features.

The latest 1.1.0.38 update for Huawei Watch Fit New brings optimizations for the system stability in some scenarios. These changes will surely help the Watch Fit users in the workout session and improve the overall user experience.

A few days ago, Huawei Watch Fit has also received these same changes with version 1.0.6.6 on the ground buy it includes the skipping rope, which can monitor the number of skipping ropes, the number of jumps, heart rate, and calorie consumption, and other sports data.

Huawei Watch Fit New:

Huawei Watch Fit adopts a 1.64-inch display with 2.5D domed glass but it offers two watchcase sizes with 130–210 mm and 110–190 mm circumference. It offers 97 workout modes, extensive battery life of 10 days, and health features such as heart rate measurement, SpO2 monitoring, etc.

The watch is compatible with the device on HarmonyOS 2, Android 6.0 and above; iOS 9.0 and above, has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, 5ATM waterproof supports, GPS, and NFC support. Meanwhile, it packs a 180 mAh battery capacity with magnetic charging support. (Know more)

Update Steps:

To update your Watch Fit New firmware, please head towards your phone with the Huawei Health app. Find your connected device inside the app, tap on the device, select your Watch name and proceed toward the update section. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Points to know:

  • Do not disconnect the Bluetooth connection during the update. 
  •  If the update fails, try again.
  • It may take a while to update the wearable. 
  • Wait until the progress indicator on the device indicates the end of the process.
  • If you have problems using the device, call the Huawei customer service line or visit a Huawei customer service center.
