In the past, Huawei has launched a number of new technologies and the Chinese tech giant keeps looking for new breakthroughs in the field with its latest ideas and secures them using the patents.

Recently, the company has published a patent with Chinese authority and revealed such an interesting smartphone design that comes with two displays and a big quad camera setup.

By observing this patent, concept creator – HoiINDI has brought us some redesigned renderings of the phone model and allows us to see it in a better way.

According to the rendering, the Huawei phone has a full display with left and right curved edges, as well as a wide pill-type punch-hole design to house two selfie cameras. The front looks very similar to the Mate 40 Pro.

The rear side has a big camera setup with a quad-camera system as well as an LED flash. Besides the camera system, the phone has a secondary display that used to shows important information such as notifications, messages, always-on display, call details, and more.

Aside from these details, the phone has featured a sim-card tray, USB Type-C port, Speakers. On the top side, there are primary mike and IR blaster. Meanwhile, the device doesn’t seem to include a volume rocker or power button.

Huawei mate 50 Pro

Recently, a report claims that the next Mate flagship – Huawei Mate 50 Pro will launch in October. However, Huawei has not confirmed any such news for the arrival of this major launch but the question is – “Is Huawei Mate 50 Pro launch possible in October?”. That’s a question we’ll going to explore today.

Global launch conference:

First, we need to talk about the upcoming global launch conference. The event is set for October 21, 2021. On this matter, the Chinese tech giant has only shown us a teaser of the unveiling model (which is also not official) but there’s no clear detail of the image sample. (check below)

Recent Report:

David Naranjo, Senior Director of Display Supply Chain Consultant shared an image regarding the launch of 20 top-end devices from different smartphone companies. All of the models have a 120Hz screen refresh rate.

That’s not it because the list has a familiar name – Huawei Mate 50 Pro, which is scheduled for the Q4 2021 launch.

Reported to delay until H1 2022:

Another report suggests that Huawei will delay the Mate 50 lineup until the first half of 2022. Therefore, the Chinese tech giant will focus on maintaining the launch of each flagship instead of missing any of the launch dates.

Design and Production:

Back in June, Huawei has received the design proposal of the Mate 50 series. This news refuted all of the rumors of canceling the Mate 50 and informed us that this lineup will soon be ready to go on mass production.

Leaks and Rumors:

The leaks and rumors regarding the Mate 50 Pro launch already appeared ahead of the launch of the Huawei P50 in late July. These suggest that the upcoming model will have a powerful camera system, it’ll be powered by the latest Snapdragon processor.

Fresh Report:

Amid all of these, Chinese media suggests that Huawei Mate 50 Pro is still planned to launch in the fourth quarter of this year and the release time is expected to be in October. However, we believe this kind of news is based on our own report regarding the Mate 50 Pro launch.

Huawei Mate 50 Pro will Launch?

Here are a few things that you should know before we jump on to our conclusion. Huawei has just unveiled a high-end P series device – P50 Pro. The availability of this device remains in the Chinese market.

The company could also flip this entire event by launching the P50 Pro at the event. However, there is no activity on the ground that confirms such a possibility for the launch event.

The situation is quite ambiguous and the only way to found more on this matter is to wait for an official hint. We’ll keep you posted.

Huawei D50 dual camera

Huawei has a new smartphone launch on October 21, the company is expected to unveil a new global flagship at the event. Ahead of that, the Chinese tech maker will come up with the Nova 9 series on September 23 in China.

Meanwhile, an interesting concept render has just appeared from the courtesy of HoiINDI. Interestingly, these new images resemble the past leaks and rumors regarding Huawei’s restart of the Huawei “D Series” and named it D50. The dual-camera system of the Huawei D50 is pretty eye-catching and we’ll explore the concept in a bit.

For your information, Huawei has not confirmed to resume the device but we’ll wait for an official announcement on this matter. For now, let’s take a look at these amazing renders created by HoiIndi.

Huawei D50 with new Dual Camera Design:

The latest renders reveal a full view display featuring curved edges on both left and right sides. The screen has no notch or punch-hole, the display surface is plane and suggests an under-display camera, which will gain popularity sooner or later. The sides are sleek and there are physical buttons including volume and power keys.

However, the main attraction of these renders lies on the back, which imagines this phone with a new dual-camera system and it looks quite impressive. The camera contains an LED flash and a color sensor as the entire camera system is wrapped under a giant circular bump similar to the Huawei Mate 40.

The composition is pretty unique and looks very satisfying. Although, there’s no official confirmation on this matter but we are sure that such adaptation could have the potential to gain more users for the company.
