Huawei Mate 40E has officially appeared on the Chinese e-commerce website – TMall and confirmed the identity. However, the page listing of this smartphone later removed, once the website observed the situation but it could be expected to launch soon.

Last year, Huawei launched a set of devices with E series, including the P40 lite E and Mate 30E Pro, which are the mix-up versions of their lineups respectively.

According to the information, the Huawei Mate 40E will be powered by a Kirin 990E Octa-core processor consisting of 2 x Cortex-A76 Based 2.86 GHz cores + 2 x Cortex-A76 Based 2.36 GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 1.95 GHz cores.

The phone is likely to sport a 6.5-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution. A previous report also suggests that the Mate 40E will inherit the same design as Huawei Mate 40 and equip the Leica three-camera system with impressive camera quality. Furthermore, it’ll be pre-packed with EMUI 11 software.

There’s more to learn on this matter and we’ll keep you posted.
