On December 24, 2021, Huawei has published a new patent for Arteriosclerosis Detection with announcement number CN113838567A. According to the China Intellectual Property Database, the Chinese tech maker applied for this patent on June 8, 2020 and now got approval.
Arteriosclerosis occurs when the blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients from your heart to the rest of your body (arteries) become thick and stiff — sometimes restricting blood flow to your organs and tissues.
According to the information, this patented technology can show the arterial detection status of the arteriosclerosis detector to remind the user that the arterial segment is the detection position of this identified artery Even if the user is a non-professional person, you can intuitively determine the arterial segment area detected during arteriosclerosis measurement.
The arteriosclerosis detection technology includes the following steps:
- Obtain the type of arteriosclerosis detector in use
- Creating a detection interface and determining the detection position of the artery corresponding to the type of arteriosclerosis detector
- Displaying the detection status of the artery in the detection interface
Last week, Huawei announced a patent for the ECG detection device with publication number CN113796872A. This innovation provides an electrocardiogram (ECG) detection device and detection circuit that can effectively reduce interference to ECG signals and assure the accuracy of ECG detection.
After the patent, Huawei has launched new Huawei Watch D Blood Pressure and ECG Detection on December 23. This smartwatch is specially designed for measuring accurate blood pressure and ECG (electrocardiogram). Read more
Huawei and China Mobile brings new 5G call feature
Recently, the China Mobile Jiangsu group has associated with Huawei and introduced the new and first ever 5G call feature. The latest information states that this feature will ultimately prove a thoughtful implementation for facetime purposes.
We are living in the technology era where everything is stepping towards an advanced version. Whether we talk about smart gadgets or the latest services. Every company is trying to develop such traits in their products that can benefit the user to the utmost level.
In the series of display and communication services, facetime plays a very crucial role. It connects you with your loved ones in no time and makes every little moment very special. To enhance this outstanding function in a better way, Huawei and China Mobile (Jiangsu Group) have released the iconic 5G call feature.
What is this new 5G calling feature and how does it work?
According to the reports, the cooperations have imposed three significant functions to the 5G new calling scenario. These three functions are as follows:
- Lighting up the screen
- Barrier-Free Communication
- Interesting Call
Among all three functions, lighting up the screen is the most highlighted and unique feature. You would have noticed that while connecting a video call, the screen stops abruptly. This often ends up showing some of your disgusting expressions to the other person.
However, with the lighting up the screen function, you can choose the way how your screen should look. For instance, you can present a personalized avatar, audio, video, and any other picture instead of showing the real-time scenario on camera.
On the flip side, the second function allows you to make a voice call without any barriers. It also lets you synchronize your calls with facetime action simultaneously. Further, it enhances the interaction connection and enriches the video quality.
Besides, the new 5G call feature will let you efficiently use the visual menu, remote troubleshooting, customer authorization, voice control, one-click direct access, and quick processing even when you are on a call. Ultimately, this feature will bring a new way to deal with calls and connect to your friends and colleagues.
Although, there is no information regarding when we would be able to use this feature. Regardless, if this is the upcoming future of the communication field then users will definitely enjoy it.
After Apple, Samsung wants to follow Huawei for Satellite Communication feature
Huawei and its satellite communication feature are tremendously trending around the world. Apple has also used this feature in iPhone 14 series. And it looks like, it’s time for Samsung to copy Huawei regarding satellite communication features.
Huawei technologies have always been a surprise to the world. Whether it is a new imaging system or design-oriented features, the company has served users with some awesome and eye-catching gadgets and attributes.
If we talk about the recent edition, the Chinese manufacturer has initiated a satellite communication feature with Mate 50 series. Following the lead, Apple also jumped on the ground and brought the respective part in its latest release (iPhone 14).
Ultimately, the two giant tech makers made the satellite subject quite popular in the market. And as a famous tech player, Samsung doesn’t want to remain behind in this race and is also planning to follow the same satellite communication path as Huawei.
Samsung – A new member in satellite connectivity!
According to the newest information, the Korean company might introduce satellite connectivity functions to its high-profile Galaxy smartphones. Though Samsung is just planning for the moment, we can’t say how much time it will take to bring the feature to the surface.
On the other hand, the information also suggests that Samsung could turn its face to another satellite connectivity provider rather than Globalstar. Since Apple has already shaken its hands with Globalstar for receiving 85% of its current and future network capacity. Hence, it doesn’t seem like there is any space left for Samsung.
Yet, other satellite connectivity providers could help Samsung in this aspect. As per the reports, the company can take help from Starlink services to implement the satellite features on its handset products. But confirmation from the company side still awaits.
Speaking of the satellite communication feature, Apple has such techniques that can send a short SOS message in just 15 seconds. However, the condition is that the function is only applicable under a clear sky. Otherwise, it can take more than minutes. Overall, we can say that Huawei scored much better in this subject than others.
