Huawei P70 series could launch in March 2024

Huawei P70 series could launch in March this year, reveals a new leak. This could align with the tradition that is followed by the Chinese tech company to release new flagship phones.

Information coming from a well-known tipster FixedFocus shows that Huawei is holding a Spring launch conference in March 2024. The tipster has mentioned that the P70 series will be showcased at the event.

Last year, Huawei also released the P60 series in March. This was the first time in the past three years that the company followed its traditional P-series launch timeline. Before that, Huawei have been focused on releasing only one flagship phone a year.

With being said, Huawei only released the P50 series in 2021 and vacated 2022 for the Huawei Mate 50 series. IN 2023, Huawei returned to its dual-flagship launch cycle and released the P60 and Mate 60 in the first and second half of the year respectively.

Huawei P70:

This year’s release will further enhance the camera technologies. Huawei P70 series will use a new 1-inch camera system in the high-end models.

A past report shows that Huawei is already testing a new camera sensor for this upcoming flagship device. However, Huawei is opting for both IMX 989 and OV50H for this lineup. Both of these lenses are designed to provide high light intake and vibrant color pixel production in images.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said in his report that the Huawei P70 Art will bring all of the major upgrades. This includes the new glass-plastic hybrid zoom.

There could be some new changes in the design language, for example, the camera bump will receive substantial improvements over its predecessor.

We might also see a new center top pill shape screen cutout to house the selfie camera system.

Despite these amazing leaks, we still need to wait for an official announcement on this matter, while Huawei has not yet made such remarks about the Huawei P70 series launch schedule in March 2024.
