Huawei P60 Pro gets November 2023 EMUI security update with system optimizations

November 2023 security patch is now released for the global model of the Huawei P60 Pro smartphone with a new firmware update and it also comes with EMUI system optimizations.

Huawei P60 Pro users can download the new software update with EMUI version 13.1.0.180. The model could install the latest software with new security patches to improve the phone’s overall safety user experience. Other than that, the second update package installs new improvements for the system’s stability in certain scenarios.

Huawei P60 Pro is one of two phones that runs EMUI 13.1 software alongside the Huawei Mate X3 foldable. However, it’s been quite some time and the phone is also eligible to run the next major software update in the EMUI segment.

However, Huawei has not confirmed any of the details regarding the release of the next major EMUI version. Meanwhile, you can check for the latest software update for this device using the settings menu via the following instructions:

• Open System & updates
• Tap on Software update
• CHECK FOR UPDATES

From here, your phone will check for a new software release and fetch it down. If the update is not available, make sure to check it via the My Huawei app.

This November 2023 software update is rolling out in batches and may take some time to reach all of the customers with Huawei P60 Pro.
