Huawei is rolling out EMUI version for the Huawei P40 Pro model. The company is sending this update with the July 2023 EMUI security patch for better system security. These updates are crucial for Huawei smartphones and help users to explore the phone more safely. Therefore, all Huawei P40 Pro users should install this update as soon as it appears on their smartphone.

Since this is a batch rollout, Huawei may take some time to cover all of the Huawei P40 Pro. Hence, you should keep an eye on the software update section.

How to download

You need to open the Settings app, then visit the System & updates and Software update. Then tap on CHECK FOR UPDATES. Now your device will check for the latest firmware and bring it on the screen if available. If it doesn’t then you will have to wait for some time in order to receive the latest software update.

Important notes:
