Huawei Nova 11 series to equip Kunlun Glass and Satellite communication
Huawei‘s next nova lineup, Huawei Nova 11 series is already in the conversation and the company will reportedly pack it with two major capabilities including Kunlun Glass and Satellite Communication.
According to the input coming from Weibo tipster classmateguan, Huawei Nova 11 series is coming for launch and these phones use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ chipset. The chipset is using a high-frequency version of the SoC platform.
The Huawei Nova 11 series will also sport new fall-protected Kunlun Glass. According to Huawei, Kunlun Glass is a nano microcrystalline glass made by growing 10 quadrillion-level strong nanocrystals in glass, which improves the glass’ strength.
It’s surprising to see that Huawei is expanding the reach of Kunlun to more devices other than the premium segment. In terms of design, Huawei has also arranged a better design version with a plain leather finish.
Huawei Mate 50 series are the first phone to bring this technology to the world. The satellite communication feature helps to send an SMS over a satellite without a mobile network. However, within 6 months, Huawei introduced second-generation satellite connectivity.
Huawei P60 and Mate X3 are capable of two-way SMS communication, an upgrade from one-way SMS in Huawei Mate 50 series. To use this tech, Huawei is utilizing China’s Beidou satellite and allowing users to send 30 free SMS per month for the time being.
The tipster also suggests that the Huawei Nova 11 series includes a regular telephoto. However, the Pro model could bring up Periscope zoom.
Earlier today, we learned that Huawei Nova 11 may consist of three models – Nova 11, Nova 11 Pro, and Nova 11 Ultra. These will equip triple camera systems and will also use large sensors to flow more light in images.
Huawei Nova 11:
These are a lot of new additions and it seems like Huawei has planned to make the Nova 11 series the best nova device ever. There’s a lot more to learn about Huawei Nova 11 devices and we’ll keep you posted with all of the latest updates.
Huawei Nova 11 series to launch in three versions – Nova 11/11 Pro/11 Ultra
Huawei recently unveiled its premium flagship, Huawei P60 and now the company is preparing to launch Huawei Nova 11 series, which may come in three versions and powerful technologies.
According to the information coming from Weibo, Huawei’s next launch event is scheduled for next month. The tipster shared a screenshot, which includes April 17 as the launch date, and the company will headline with Huawei Nova 11 series.
The screenshot also reveals that Huawei Nova 11 series will bring three versions – Nova 11, Nova 11 Pro, and Nova 11 Ultra. In the past, Huawei unveiled only two devices in the Nova lineup – a standard and a Pro model. So, Huawei has planned to revolutionize the entire Nova series with these new smartphones.
The tipster elaborates that the phones will pick up a triple camera system and it will also use a large sensor. For now, there’s no information available about the specific numbers but we can expect a light-absorbing camera to capture bright images.
However, it would be interesting to see how it compares with the Huawei P60 series. Also, the Huawei Nova 10 series is the first smartphone to bring a 60MP front-facing and telephoto camera. Is there something new coming for the selfies too? We’ll wait to find out.
Adding to this, Huawei is ready to introduce satellite communication technology to the Nova cadre. As input reveals that the Huawei Nova 11 will equip satellite SMS feature, possibly from the second generation.
To be mentioned, Huawei utilizes Beidou satellites to send SMS without a mobile network. This tech comes with the premium Huawei Mate 50, Mate X3, and P60 series.
However, Huawei is doing something different and wants to bring it into the mid-range category. During the Huawei Spring 2023 launch conference, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group said that satellite communication is not an ordinary capability, it’s very crucial.
Moving on, Huawei Nova 11 series will also provide immense power for the consumers with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ chipset. The company is testing this phone with a high-performance chip. Therefore, we may see a comparable fight between Huawei Nova 11 series and the Huawei P60 series.
Tech specs reveal that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ chip brings a main CPU core clocked at 3.2GHz and there are 2.75GHz large cores and 2.0GHz small cores.
