Huawei Nova 8 SE Vitality Edition is grabbing a new HarmonyOS software update that mainly installs the January 2022 security patch. As it fixes the different levels of privacy issues and threats encountered in the HarmonyOS software system.

As per the information, Huawei Nova 8 SE Vitality Edition’s January 2022 update is rolling out with the latest HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.225. However, this version is a follow-up of the baseline version HM OS 2.0.0.220.

Speaking about the Nova 8 SE VE, this is the latest model of the Nova 8 series, which was revealed on July 27, 2021, in China. This smartphone is equipped with a Kirin 710A processor, EMUI 10.1, 48MP triple camera system, 4000mAh battery, and more.

Update Instruction:

Open the phone settings, tap on the system & update, and then, software updates. Afterward, tap on checks for updates and wait for seconds, while the phone is connecting to the server and fetching the latest update for you.

Once the update pop-ups on your smartphone, download the update package and install it. After completion of the update process, the device will automatically reboot.

Alternatively, you can also update your smartphone through the My Huawei app. Open the My Huawei app, go to the update section, and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
