Huawei MatePad 10.8 (2020) receives 2.0.0.270 update

Huawei is pushing HarmonyOS 2.0.0.270 software update for the global users of Huawei MatePad 10.8 (2020) and it comes with numerous improvements for the tablet.

According to the changelog, the users will have to download an update package size of 1.42GB. This firmware has new system stability improvements for a better user experience and tablet performance. It also brings better app compatibility to provide an optimized app user experience.

This software update also has new security patches for the tablet released in the month of September 2023. It has fixes for various software threats to ensure safe user interactions.

The update won’t erase your data but you are advised to backup important files and folders. If you face any issues during the installation, make sure to retry the download phase.
