Huawei Mate Xs launches in Singapore, sale starting on March 21

On March 12, Huawei has launched its latest 5G foldable device – Huawei Mate Xs in Singapore, with a new full view display, improved hinge design, multi-tasking feature, advanced camera system and more.

“We are thrilled to launch the Huawei Mate Xs in Singapore. It is the ultimate product of Huawei’s mission to present an unparalleled user experience with powerful 5G connectivity and cutting edge design,” said Phil Xu, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Business Group Singapore.

Starting March 21, the Huawei Mate Xs will be available at a retail price of S$3788 in Interstellar Blue color. At all Huawei Concept stores, selected M1 and StarHub shops, consumer electronic stores and official online stores with Lazada and Shopee.

Customers are eligible for 1-year warranty coverage that comes with a one-time screen replacement at 50% fees within the first year from date of purchase.

Customers will also receive a free Huawei envelope leather case worth S$238 and a pair of Huawei FreeBuds 3 worth S$238 with every purchase of the Huawei Mate Xs, while stocks last.

The Huawei Mate Xs runs on EMUI 10.0.1, an Android Open Source Project-based operating system which offers enhanced performance improved security and better mobile customization.

To be mentioned, United Overseas Bank (UOB) is the first bank in Singapore to have its consumer mobile banking app, UOB Mighty, accessible through AppGallery.

From early April onwards, UOB Mighty will be pre-installed on all Huawei Mate Xs sold in Singapore. With one in four UOB customers already using a Huawei phone, having UOB Mighty pre-installed will help simplify their handset upgrade experience.
