Notch:

Huawei Mate 20 Pro was the first phone to use the notch system among Huawei flagship devices. After Mate 30 series, Huawei dropped the notch and Mate 40 series went ahead with a hole punch display. However, the upcoming Mate 50 series could sync a combination of both notch and the hole punch into this series, giving it a combined symphony of both display types as well as different technologies.

Currently, Huawei hasn’t revealed any specific details on the Huawei Mate 50 series but we’re likely to see a teaser on July 27 at the HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system launch event.
