Huawei Mate 50 series is the next annual flagship of Huawei that was delayed for a time due to the supply chain issue. Recently, Derek Yu, President of Huawei CBG in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and Canada revealed that the Huawei Mate 50 series will launch globally in 2022.

In addition, Yu also mentioned that the upcoming Huawei Mate 50 will come pre-installed with the HarmonyOS operating system and be released at Global Press Conference 2022. This new information is shared by the well-known Weibo tipster – Chrysanthemum Fans. In addition to this, the tipster mentioned that this is the official confession to smash the previous rumors that someone maliciously did not send Mate 50 to P60?

Previous information suggests that the Huawei Mate 50 series will arrive with powerful hardware and software technology. It was reported that this smartphone will use Kirin 990 chipset in the testing model and the final phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 processor / Gen1 chipset.

On May 18, 2022, Huawei launched Huawei Mate Xs 2, new flagship foldable phone for global consumers. The phone continues the outward foldable design of the first-generation Mate Xs device and has an improved falcon hinge mechanism as well as a grip system.

Talking first about its display, the Huawei Mate Xs 2 launched with a 7.8-inch display unfolded with 2480 x 2200 resolution and 6.5 inches (2480 x 1176p resolution) once folded. Post Huawei U.S. tensions, the Chinese tech maker is trying to get new network solutions to get over its mobile 5G issue. In the latest edition, Huawei has launched a case that could make 4G phones 5G enabled in seconds.

According to the information, a Chinese network solution maker – Soyealink has launched a new phone case for Huawei phones that comes with an embedded 5G network solution. It’s launched as a go-to solution for Huawei phones such as the P50 series and enables 5G from 4G hardware.

The renders show that the case has a pretty close design to conventional rear phone covers but this new 5G phone weighs about 52g and has a large thickness of around 3.2mm. The case comes in gray color with leather materials for a better finishing and solid grip.

It’s clearly shown that the product has been made for the Huawei P50 series to bring 5G connectivity onboard this 4G lineup. However, the manufacturer has also reportedly planned to adapt this solution for more smartphones in the future.

Before the installation, users must have to enable the eSIM service to get a 5G network experience. After installing the case, users will be prompted with new guidelines and instructions to set up this phone.
