Huawei Mate 50 series is the next annual flagship of Huawei that was delayed for a time due to the supply chain issue. Recently, Derek Yu, President of Huawei CBG in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and Canada revealed that the Huawei Mate 50 series will launch globally in 2022.

In addition, Yu also mentioned that the upcoming Huawei Mate 50 will come pre-installed with the HarmonyOS operating system and be released at Global Press Conference 2022. Previous information suggests that the Huawei Mate 50 series will arrive with powerful hardware and software technology. It was reported that this smartphone will use Kirin 990 chipset in the testing model and the final phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 processor / Gen1 chipset.
