We’re moving toward HarmonyOS 3.0 launch date but Huawei is also working on its next flagship smartphone – The Mate 50 series for the launch that could feature an XMAGE camera system. However, in the past few weeks leaks have brought us on the edge of the excitement of what Huawei is actually cooking with the Huawei Mate 50 lineup.

Related to this, the concept creator has created the renders for Mate 50 Pro based on the previous leaks and reports. And now, the render maker has released a concept video of the Huawei Mate 50 Pro, which you can check at the link below.

The concept video shows Huawei Mate 50 Pro XMAGE version with a wide notch on the head and a curved edge display. The phone has a large circular camera system on the rear with 4 lenses and there are input and output ports on the device.

However, we want to note that the company has revealed the original design of this upcoming Huawei flagship and the above appearance is based on past information.

Launch:

Aside from the renders, Huawei has reportedly finalized the launch strategy for Mate 50 series and it could happen in the second half of August. However, an official promo is still awaited.

Moreover, Huawei Mate 50 series pro models are likely to bring back the Mate 20 series notch system but it is yet to find out what Huawei is planning to do with this notch system.

From the hardware side, Huawei has seemingly solved the supply chain-related issue to an extent to deliver this smartphone to the consumers. However, the 5G network access may also be missing in the Mate 50 series, as it is likely to be featured with a 5G external case instead of embedded SoC.

Furthermore, Huawei Mate 50 will be promoted with HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system pre-installed, which is a major selling point among Chinese consumers. There’s a lot more to know about HarmonyOS 3.0 and we’ll keep you posted on this matter.
