For your information, you cannot roll back because the minor update version doesn’t support the rollback. But, a moderator has replied and wrote some tips that may fix these issues on the Huawei P30 device, which are mentioned below.

Tips:

  • Please restart your smartphone once every 2-3 days. So, the restart can effectively cleat the cache and reduce the stuck phenomenon.
  • Please turn the battery saver and keep the device charged at least above 20%. In battery saver mode, the phone reduces the performance to save power.
  • Also, avoid the usage of phones while charging and close the power-hungry apps such as Bluetooth, NFC, and more.
  • Clean the storage space-time to time.

Furthermore, Huawei also keeps eye on the issues found on the latest software version and fix them with the next software update. So user, the company will soon resolve the issues with the next version rollout. Until then, you can follow the above tips that may solve your problems.

Regarding the Huawei P30 device restart issue, a moderator replied that you can first observe whether the surrounding temperature is low. Because this similar issue was encountered on the HM OS 2.0.0.209 version due to unbalance of indoor and outdoor temperature.

In this segment, another moderator asked if you installed incompatible software via the non-Huawei application market?. Also,  at the same time, you can check if the phone’s remaining storage space is sufficient. Maybe the power button has been pressed by mistake as if the protective case is being squeezed.

Because sometimes there are silly reasons behind the major issues. Furthermore, it is recommended you to visit the phone’s settings and click to restore to factory settings. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to reset and see if it still restarts automatically. Before resetting, please back up important data in advance of applications such as WeChat, QQ and other applications.

Huawei Mate 9 users facing internet speed detection issue

Published

on

Huawei Mate 9 is an old flagship device of the company with a high-end feature and was launched in 2016. But recently various Chinese users posted that they are facing some internet speed detection issues in Huawei Mate 9 smartphone.

According to the latest information by users, the Huawei Mate 9 smartphone has some bugs related to internet speed detection what exactly happens is, when using the Mate 9 to detect the Smart Life’s internet speed, the actual speed is inconsistent in displaying the speed indicator.

The Smart Life detects that the network speed from the mobile phone to the router is 300mbps, which is almost the same as the theoretical rate of 433 Mbps for the Mate 9 mobile phone.

However, the real-time network speed display rate of the mobile taskbar is 106MB, which is clearly a bug and cannot reach the theoretical rate of the Mate 9 mobile phone. The router next to it is the Ax3 Pro.

Where some users commented that such an issue is normal according to them, the unit of your speed measurement interface and the unit displayed on the top of the phone are actually incompatible. The typical conversion is 1M/s = 8Mbps.

Furthermore, the users also described that this caused the display on the top of the phone to speed up too much so it looks like the problem still exists. But one more thing to note is that the speed displayed is actually the sum of upload and download, so reaching this level of 100M/s per second is not impossible.

Ax3 Pro:

The WiFi AX3 is powered by a quad-core GigaHome processor clocked at 1.4GHz, which is better than the dual-core processors used in WiFi routers at the same cost with the Gigahome processor, the WiFi AX3 can deliver theoretical speeds of up to 3000 Mbps.
