Huawei has now unraveled the March 2024 security patch details while it has begun the EMUI 14 beta testing program for the high-end flagship devices in the global market. Eligible phone holders can enjoy new tools and features ahead of the stable rollout.

EMUI 14 has been in the headlines for a long time. Some reports have predicted that the major upgrade is likely to show up somewhere in the first quarter of this year. And to our surprise, the tech giant kicked off the EMUI 14 beta program.

According to the inputs, the company mends around 29 vulnerabilities in the latest patch. The list counts 1 critical, 9 high, and 13 medium levels of security exposure. Besides, the patch accompanies fixes for 6 defects found in the last software.

On the other hand, the company rectifies bugs and privacy exploits that have affected app-preloading, permission verification in Settings, undefined permissions in the Calendar application, issues in the calling module, and more.
