On 27th June, Huawei installed the 5G distributed Massive MIMO technology at Tianfu international airport jointly with China Mobile Sichuan Chengdu Branch (Chengdu Mobile). After that, the Tianfu airport becomes countries first 5G airport with gigabit network technology.
At present, the network rate has been overtaken 1Gbps speed meanwhile the individual experience rate has recorded an average increase of 26% with the maximum rate of 1.25Gbps. More surprisingly, this peak rate has been experienced by multiple users at the same time.
