Huawei is bringing a 2024 version of MateBook D 16 at the November 28 launch conference, confirms the Chinese tech maker. Huawei has also shared the appearance of this notebook and it is quite identical to the last release.

Earlier this year, Huawei introduced the 2023 version of MateBook D 16 for global users. The notebook features a 16-inch large screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 90% screen-to-body ratio to provide a super large and wide viewing experience.

The screen has Full HD+ resolution and 100% sRGB with 178-degree viewing angles. The display is TUV Rheinland low blue light hardware solution certified. It also supports DC dimming and flicker-free visuals.

Despite its large size, the notebook maintains its light design and weighs only 1.7 kg with its metallic body.

The 2023 version of Huawei MateBook D 16 uses a 13th generation Intel core i9 processor with 14 cores performance and an Intel Iris X graphics card. However, it’s also available in i5 and i3 options as well. With this high-end option, the notebook becomes a perfect option for people looking for immense multi-tasking.

Talking about the key impression, Huawei uses 1.5mm key travel along with a soft landing design, which makes rebounds springy and smooth. The keycap is made of high-strength PC materials and coated with multiple layers of paint.

The MateBook D 16 also features Huawei Metaline Antenna technology to expand up to a 270-meter long-range network connection.

In terms of battery, the notebook has a 60Wh battery, which could recharge with a 65W super fast charger. The MateBook D 16 has a super device feature for smart device connection with a smartphone.

The notebook already offers a variety of powerful specifications for consumers and Huawei could make the 2024 MateBook D 16 much more useful with its upcoming iteration.

The latest Notebook production will launch alongside the upcoming 2024 variant of Huawei MatePad Pro 11-inch and the new S7 smart sedan electric car.
