Honor unveiled a new budget-friendly Honor X5 Plus smartphone for the global consumer and it has various cost-effective features including a large battery, a 50MP camera system, and a 90Hz screen. Let’s explore the device in detail.

Starting with the rear, the phone has a unique outlook including a starlit sky-inspired design. It comes in two colors – Midnight Black and Cyan Lake. These variants resemble the dazzling gemstones twinkling in the night sky.

On the top left side, Honor X5 Plus carries a square camera bump with two rear cameras including a 50 MP camera (f/1.8) and depth camera (f/2.4). The rear cam could shoot high-quality pictures and has the following camera modes: Portrait(including beauty mode and bokeh), Time-lapse, HDR Photo, Capture smiles, Panorama, PRO, HDR Photo, and Stickers. On the front side, you will see a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.

The front of the phone will greet you with a 6.56-inch full-view display with a water-drop notch. It has HD+ (720 x 1612 pixels) resolution. The display offers a 20:15:0 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate for smoother UI interactions, 16.7 million colors, and multi-touch gestures. The display also has natural dimming for a healthy viewing experience.

The phone packs a large 5200mAh battery, which could recharge with a 10W charge, which should have been 18W or 22.5W. But the long battery provides up to 17.8 hours of online video playback and 35 hours of audio calls.

Honor x5 Plus

Honor X5 Plus unveiled with MediaTek Helio G36 octa-core chipset 4xCortex-A53 up to 2.2Ghz+4xCortex-A53 up to 1.6Ghz. Also, the phone will provide better graphics with IMG GE8320 GPU.

It runs Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1 software with various smart features. It has some of the common features including Device Clone, Multi-Window, App Twin, Backup and Restore, Magazine Unlock, One-Handed mode, Flashlight, Calendar, Gallery, and Calculator.

Currently, the price and availability now available and may soon start sale among customers.
