Honor V40 bring retina-level super-sensing screen with 1 billion colors, check video teaser

After the separation from Huawei, Honor is going to launch the first flagship lineup, Honor V40, whose official launch is scheduled to happen on January 18, 2021.

Today, Honor in its official Weibo account posted a teaser of its upcoming smartphone, Honor V40, which shows the V40 brings a 1 billion colors retina-level super-sensing screen that offers an unprecedented color experience while viewing your favorite content.

According to the previous promo poster, the Honor V40 will offer an 80-degree curved edge waterfall display with a wide punch hole on the top left corner to house two selfie cameras.

Previous leaks suggest that the Honor V40 will come with MediaTek Dimensity 1000 processor, a 120Hz screen refresh rate display,  a 300Hz touch sampling for ultra-fast response, 66W fast charging, a 50MP rear camera, Magic UI 4.0, HMS, and more.

Also, the V40 series passed the network access certification, which shows that V40 comes with an HW-110600C0x charger capable of 66W fast charging.
