Honor 9X Lite finally launched, comes with 6.5-inch display, 48MP dual camera and 128GB storage

Following the launch of Honor 9X in India February, Honor president Geroge Zhao shared a promo of a new 9X series device – Honor 9X Lite. And after a two-month interval, Honor 9X Lite has finally launched for the consumers starting Finland.
According to Honor Finland, the Honor 9X Lite comes with a 6.5-inch full-View display with a notch design. The phone equips a 48MP dual-camera system and a 16MP camera for the front.
Honor 9X Lite packages with a 3750mAh battery. It is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 710 chipset and supported by 4GB RAM + 128GB of internal storage (expandable via MicroSD card).
Honor 9X Lite is priced at €199 and will be available to pre-order from April 30. People who pre-order the phone will get a free Honor Band 5.

This could be Nova 10 SE, not the Huawei Mate 50

Recently, a number of certificates have been flown over the Chinese TENAA certification center including the models – BNE-AL00, DCO-AL00, and CET-AL00. These are expected to be Mate 50, Mate 50 Pro, and Mate 50 RS Porsche Design. However, a recent observation reveals that the first model may belong to the relaunched Nova 10 SE.
Model BNE-AL00 is likely to be the upcoming Huawei Nova 10 SE, which was speculated to be the upcoming Huawei Mate 50 standard version. A tipster from Weibo has revealed that the model – BNE-AL00 has the codename bonnie and it could be the upcoming Nova 10 SE powered by Snapdragon 680 chipset.
On the other hand, the BNE-AL00 has also been certified on 3C (China Compulsory Certificate) with 66W charging output and LTE 4G connectivity.
According to the information, it is possible that the standard Mate 50 model has not been moved to the inspection website. While the company may wait for later on to get it on board.
Aside from these inputs, Huawei has not announced any given details via the official channels and we can wait until the phone arrives on the launch shelves.
Speaking of which, Huawei has already launched Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro smartphones and a new SE device will be a good addition to the device lineup.
Prior to Nova 10 SE, Huawei is also preparing to launch the Huawei Mate 50 series, which reportedly consists of three models – Mate 50, Mate 50 Pro, and Mate 50 RS Porsche Design. However, there’s still no sign of the Mate 50 X model.

Huawei Mate 50 with 90Hz and Mate 50 Pro/RS with 120Hz refresh rate: Tipster

Huawei Mate 50 and Mate 50 Pro along with RS will come with a high refresh rate display, as revealed by a tipster from Weibo. The standard version will bring a 90Hz refresh rate, while the Huawei Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50 RS Porche Design will have a 120Hz refresh rate.
According to the information, the Huawei Mate 50 Pro will come with a 1212 x 2616 pixels resolution, which is different than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro with 1440 x 3120 pixels. With these specs, Huawei surely wants to create a mesmerizing viewing experience for consumers.
Furthermore, the Huawei Mate 50 RS Porche Design will have an octagon camera design along with a black and white rear ceramic design with subtle changes as compared to the Mate 40 RS.
Previous reports reveal that the Huawei Mate 50 (standard) sports a flat panel with a center top hole punch to house the front-facing camera. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro/RS Porsche Design will share the same notch design with curved edges on the left and right sides.
Huawei P50 and Mate 50 series:
Aside from Mate 50 series, Huawei P50 Pro was the first Huawei flagship to equip with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the P50 brought in a 90Hz refresh rate. On the other side, the Huawei Mate 40 series provides a 90Hz refresh rate.
Huawei Mate 50 series:
Huawei Mate 50 series is equipped with a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series processor and it’ll have new camera XMAGE imaging technologies to improve the photography user experience. Currently, Huawei has not confirmed a launch date for this flagship but it’s expected to unveil on September 7.

Huawei is yet to release the new Mate 50 series flagship but the phone maker has still not announced the launch date. Meanwhile, some new information has arrived to reveal the specs of the Huawei Mate 50 series display.
According to a well-known Weibo tipster, the standard Huawei Mate 50 has a center hole punch display design and a flat surface. The information also suggests that the Mate 50 Pro has a curved edge screen and a notch on the head. However, the tipster reveals that the Pro model doesn’t consist of a waterfall screen type with large curvature.
Aside from these, the tipster doesn’t reveal much information about other specs of the Huawei Mate 50 series.
Previous reports reveal that the series comes in three models – Mate 50, Mate 50 Pro, and Mate 50 RS Porsche Design. While there’s confirmation regarding the Huawei Mate 50 X.
More on this reveals that the Huawei Mate 50 series will be powered by the latest generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series high-performance processor. Still, the network connectivity is likely to remain locked on 4G.
Huawei has previously released XMage camera imaging technology and it’s also reported that the Mate 50 series will be the first to equip it. As far as the inputs say, the Huawei Mate 50 lineup will consist of a large round shape camera bump.
That’s not it, the phone will be the first one to come with a pre-installed HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system with lots of new software features.
Additionally, there could be a mid-range Mate 50 device named – Mate 50e, which could also unveil along with this anticipated device.
