Honor 30 Youth Edition grabbing November 2021 security update

Honor 30 Youth Edition began collecting a new security update released in November 2021 on the HarmonyOS security bulletin. This latest firmware update installs the HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.212 that increases the device’s overall security.

In the current scenario, Huawei has boast the speed of installing the latest security patch on its devices because they can harm the user’s personal data. To download and install the November 2021 update on Honor 30 Youth Edition, please make sure that your phone is running on the 2.0.0.210 HM OS version.

HOW TO INSTALL:

To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.

Alternatively, you can also request software updates through the My Huawei app. To do this, open the My Huawei app, tap on the update, then select Check for updates, and follow on-screen instructions.
