Honor 30 series first sale surpasses 300 million yuan ($42.4 million) worth units in just 1 minute

On April 21, at 10:08 AM, Honor 30 series went on its first sale in China. Honor has announced to record over 300 million yuan ($42.4 million) worth of sales in just 1 minute. The total figure of the Honor 30 series first sale is combined from all online eCommerce platforms.

Launched on April 15, the Honor 30 series comprises three models – Honor 30, 30 Pro and 30 Pro+. The top two variants equip Kirin 990 5G SoC, while the standard Honor 30 is the first to feature Kirin 985 5G.

Honor 30 Pro and 30 Pro+ also uses the new 70-degree curved waterfall OLED display with pill type hole punch design to house two front cameras. Also, the Honor 30 Pro+ supports the 90Hz display refresh rate.

Also, the Honor 30 and 30 Pro+ have Wi-Fi 6+, SFS 1.0 flash memory, VC cooling system, dual stereo speakers and more.

All three phones run Magic UI 3.1 software system and packages with 4000mAh battery supporting, 40W wired and the Pro+ version equips with 27W wireless and the reverse wireless charging capabilities.

In the camera department, the Honor 30 has a 40MP main + 8MP telephoto with 50X zoom + 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 2MP Marco camera.

Honor 30 Pro features triple cameras – 40MP main IMX600 sensor + 16MP ultra- wide-angle  + 8MP telephoto with 50X super stable zoom with OIS.

On the other hand, Honor 30 Pro+ has customer IMX 700 50MP main camera + 50X periscopic zoom with OIS and AIS image stabilization + 16MP ultra wide-angle camera. This camera configuration of Honor 30 Pro+ has achieved second place on DXOMARK camera ranking.
