Honor 20 Youth Edition upgrading EMUI 10.1 beta directly from EMUI 9.1

Honor has been upgrading its devices from EMUI 10.0 to EMUI 10.1 beta version but there are some devices that getting a direct upgrade from EMUI 9.1 to the EMUI 10.1 including the Honor 20 Youth Edition.

Honor has started to send EMUI 10.1 beta for Honor 20 Youth Edition in China. This update installs the latest features offered by EMUI 10.0 as well as EMUI 10.1.

However, the changelog mainly shows features of EMUI 10.0, while further beta updates will bring EMUI 10.1 features.

EMUI Version:

Honor 20 Youth Edition receiving the latest major upgrade with EMUI 10.1.0.130 upgrading from 9.1.1.156.

HOW TO UPDATE Honor 20 Youth Edition:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on System
  3. Click on Software update
  4. Click on CHECK FOR UPDATES
  5. Click on Download and install
