We have the latest warning from Google and it is not good for Huawei smartphone users. Google believes that the Chinese company can not provide the level of security it has for the Android OS. A Huawei-modified version of Android OS would be more susceptible to being hacked, according to FT.

Breaking: Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram will no longer come pre-installed in new Huawei phones

According to the report, Google thinks Huawei’s OS will have more bugs in it than the Google one. There will be more risk of being hacked.

“Google has been arguing that by stopping it from dealing with Huawei, the US risks creating two kinds of Android operating system: the genuine version and a hybrid one. The hybrid one is likely to have more bugs in it than the Google one, and so could put Huawei phones more at risk of being hacked, not least by China.” FT reported.

Huawei is a big company and it has millions of users globally. Before making anything official it must confirm the security of the software or device.
