Elon Musk has finally bought Twitter. After several delays and attempts to cancel this agreement, the richest man eventually decided of handling the world’s largest social media chair and its ownership.

Elon marked an end to the $44 billion Twitter deal. After the completion, Musk immediately tweeted “The bird is freed”, describing that he will set new rules and regulations accordingly. Further, he also said that he will bring former President -Donald Trump back on the platform.

No doubt, this agreement would have been great for the famous personality. Besides, Twitter could become a more interesting platform in the time ahead. But on the sideways, it looks like the deal has emerged as a curse for some top executives.

According to the information, the moment Elon Musk stood up as the Twitter owner, he started cleaning the place and fired four major officials. This includes the CEO of Twitter – Parag Agrawal, CFO – Ned Segal, and policymakers – Vijaya Gadde, and Sarah Personette.

The step is quite brutal but still shows some benefits for the respective former employees. The information reveals that these personalities will get a good payout, based on their provisions and shares in the company.

For instance, the CEO of Twitter – Parag Agrawal will get $38.7 million which is the largest payout. Meanwhile, the Chief Financial Officer will get a $25.4 million payout for being fired. Similarly, Vijaya Gadde and Sarah Personette will receive $12.5 million and $11.2 million respectively.

At present, Musk’s statements are outlining his ambitions regarding the social media company. As per the input revealings, Musk has terminated these persons for misleading Twitter investors with numerous fake Twitter accounts.

Musk also covered a message ensuring that he has taken the right decision and will work for the benefit of the company:

“Twitter obviously cannot become a free-for-all hellscape, where anything can be said with no consequences!”

He also said that the main reason for buying Twitter is not making money but to work for the welfare of humans. It would be worth seeing what new changes will the rich man bring to the company and the social media platform.

Apart from these changes, the personality also said to reverse the ban on Donald Trump. To those who are unaware, the former president has been removed from the social handle after the attack on the U.S. Capitol. Thereafter, Donald denied returning to Twitter. Rather, he generated his own social app, named Truth Social.
