December 2021 EMUI security update available for Huawei P Smart 2021
Huawei is sending a new EMUI software update for Huawei P Smart 2021 smartphone that mainly installs December 2021 security patch. This update enhances the overall security of the device by fixing different levels of exploits and issues.
According to Huaweiailesi, the December 2021 security update for Huawei P Smart 2021 is rolling out with EMUI version 10.1.1.210 (C432E4R4P1). However, it comes with a software update package size of 331MB.
To be mentioned, this large size update of the P Smart 2021 smartphone only includes security improvements. So, what are the fixes with December 2021 security patch for the EMUI system?
Well, the December 2021 EMUI security patch fixes various CVEs that include 1 CVE in the framework, 2 CVEs in Kernel, 3 CVEs in the system, and 3 CVEs in applications. Additionally, it also resolves massive 62 CVEs in the third-party libraries for better system security.

To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.
