Celia voice assistant rollout for Huawei P30 and Mate 20 devices is currently unconfirmed
Huawei has begun to deliver EMUI 10.1 for its devices, such as Huawei P30 Series, Mate 30 series, MatePad Pro, Mate 20 Series, P40 Lite, and Nova 5T. This new EMUI version brings a number of new features including the new Celia voice assistant.
Celia is the part of EMUI 10.1 OTA for Huawei Mate 30, 30 Pro, and MatePad Pro but this voice assistant wasn’t mentioned in the changelog for P30, P30 Pro and Mate 20 series.
Currently, it is unclear whether these phones will receive the Celia voice assistant or not but we’ll have to wait for further confirmation.

Celia supports a wide range of features to help users get things done. The deep integration grants Celia access to the device’s hardware and AI.
Just hold down the power button for one second or say “Hey Celia.” This new AI assistant can perform the following tasks:
- Identify Objects
- Set Alarms
- Check Weather
- Count calories
- Make calls
- Send text messages
- Play music
- Do online shopping
- Face to face translation
- Capture photos
- Add reminders
- And more
Initially, Celia will support three languages – English, French, and Spanish and will be rolled out to Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate 30 Pro on United Kingdom, France, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Columbia, and South Africa and eventually to more countries in the world.
