Huawei fans are eagerly waiting to glimpse the flagship P70 series while the company has launched a new brand named – ‘Pura’. A senior Huawei executive has recently announced the all-new label amid the P70 wait via the official Huawei page on Weibo.

This morning, the Huawei Consumer Business CEO – Yu Chengdong has introduced the ‘Pura’ brand, ahead of the P70 series launch. The CEO mentioned how this name will open up a new chapter in the smartphone industry and imaging evolution.

Yu Chengdong clears that the long-running P series has got a new name and will now be termed Pura. With advanced branding, the upcoming devices in this category will exhibit top-level and ‘pure’ features regarding camera, fashion, and beauty aspects.

Giving a full stop to his words, the CEO said that the company will keep on integrating the latest imaging solutions for an innovative photography experience. Meanwhile, the new Huawei Pura will continue to showcase more enhancements in the future.

The introduction of the term ‘Pura’ also reflects innovative capabilities for the approaching P70 series. Huawei dropped the announcement clip on Weibo with caption:

“HUAWEI P series has been upgraded to HUAWEI Pura, starting again with a new attitude!”

Thus we can expect eye-catching additions and capabilities with the new approaching P70 handsets. Also, you can see this announcement as the first official implication for the P70 models. We don’t have to wait much for the premium phones unveiling.
