Snapdragon 8 Gen 3:

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 still uses a relatively mature 4nm manufacturing process and has not been upgraded to 3nm like Apple A17 Pro. Kryo CPU has 8 cores but it has been optimized with a full 64-bit architecture.

The chip adopts a 1+5+2 combination layout for the first time, which has one more performance core than the previous 1+4+3 layout. Among them, the frequency of 1 main core (Super large core) is as high as 3.3GHz, the frequency of 5 performance cores (Performance large core) is also up to 3.2GHz, and the frequency of 2 energy efficiency cores (Efficiency small core) is 2.3GHz.

Looking at the GPU, there is still no specific model, just Adreno GPU (presumably Adreno 750). The official data reveals that the CPU has improved by 30% and the GPU has improved by 20%. The energy efficiency is improved by 25%, the AI performance is improved by 87%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 40%.
