Over the past three days, WhatsApp has released three new beta versions for Android devices. These WhatsApp builds includes privacy checkup, reply with a message, and community navigation.
WhatsApp 220.127.116.11 beta has a brand new section called, Privacy Checkup. It allows WhatsApp users to control their privacy and settings accordingly. The test version of this feature shows four options inside the menu:
- Choose who can contact you
- Control your personal info
- Add more privacy to your chats
- Add more protection to your account
WhatsApp 18.104.22.168 comes with a new reply button for incoming voice calls. During a call, this functionality enables you to click and send a reply using the reply button shown on the incoming call notification.
This is a quick way for the user to explain the reason for not being able to answer the call or pick another time suitable for communication.
Meta has released this version for beta testers and it comes with a new feature to get an easier navigation and improved experience within the Chats tab.
According to the information, the latest privacy checkup, reply button, and navigation features are available only for WhatsApp beta testers for the time being.
These will soon be released for all of the users. However, WhatsApp is entitled to make any changes until these capabilities moves into final production.
