WhatsApp Feature

WhatsApp disappearing messages is kind of a media control feature that allows the sender to set the existence or viewability of a message in the chat. A user can set this feature in the individual chat as well as group chat.

At present, if you want to send any disappearing messages in WhatsApp, it’ll only ask for two options either 24 hours or 7 days. It means media can only last up to 7 days maximum.

According to the latest information, a new option within the WhatsApp disappearing messages is identified in the 2.21.9.6 Android beta update. The team is working to expand the limit of disappearing messages for Android and setting it with the maximum limit of 90 days.
