These 15 devices opened for EMUI 10.1 Public beta [CN Models]



In March, Huawei started testing EMUI 10.1 in China including several Huawei and Honor devices. And now, 15 of these devices comprising both phones and tablets, have now promoted to test public beta.

  1. Huawei Mate 20
  2. Huawei Mate 20 Pro
  3. Huawei Mate 20 RS
  4. Huawei Mate 20 X 4G
  5. Huawei Mate 20 X 5G
  6. Huawei Nova 5 Pro
  7. Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4-inch
  8. Huawei MediaPad M6 10.8-inch
  9. Huawei MediaPad M6 Turbo Edition

Magic UI 3.1 Public beta Honor devices

  1. Honor 20
  2. Honor 20 Pro
  3. Honor V20
  4. Honor Magic 2
  5. Honor 9X (EMUI 10.1)
  6. Honor 9X Pro (EMUI 10.1)

Note: This EMUI 10 beta recruitment is only for Chinese consumers.


Huawei Mate 20 Series:

Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 RS, Mate 20 X 4G, and Mate 20 X 5G required to be updated on EMUI version to receive the EMUI 10.1.

Huawei Nova 5 Pro:

Huawei Nova 5 Pro required to be updated on EMUI version to receive the EMUI 10.1.

Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4, M6 10.8, Turbo Edition:

Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4-inch and 10.8-inch version required to be updated on EMUI version While the Turbo Edition should be updated on EMUI to receive on EMUI 10.1.

Honor 20, 20 Pro, V20, Magic 2:

Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro, Honor V20, and Magic 2 should be updated on Magic UI to upgrade on Magic UI 3.1.

Honor 9X, 9X Pro:

Honor 9X and 9X Pro required to be updated on EMUI to upgrade on EMUI 10.1.

Users can check their build version by going into Settings > System.

Tip: Before upgrading to the beta version, we recommend users to back up important data to avoid any data loss.
