Telecom Italia wants to get away from an alliance agreement with Huawei

Huawei has been undergoing many hardships caused by the US-Sanction, it’s no more a secret that this Chinese Firm faced a huge decline in the annual revenue in the Chinese market as well in the overseas market.

In concern of this fact, the allies of this telecom firm are started to believe that Huawei will no longer help them to supply the adequate amount of assets and trying to draw out the alliance between both companies.

According to the latest news coming from a reliable agency, Telecom Italia has begun to seek ways to cancel the 5G network supplying contract of Huawei. This Italian company has already sent a letter to Huawei about discontinuing the business agreement.

Well, both the companies haven’t left any comment reading voiding this agreement.

To be mentioned, Telecom Italia is one of the biggest European clients of Huawei, which provides telephony services, mobile services, and DSL data services. The company gave this contract agreement to Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia.

In case, if the Chinese firm will lose this contract, it will a bolt from the blue for the company and it may possible that Ericsson and Nokia will complete the further procedure.

Recently, the famous market agency Canalys and IDC both release the global smartphone shipment for the first quarter of 2021, which show that Huawei is facing a 50% of huge decline inside the Mainland.
