September 2023 update for Huawei P40 Pro expanding for global users

Last week, the Huawei P40 Pro global model started receiving the September 2023 update and now it’s expanding for even consumers. The update contains important security patches released to fix vulnerabilities in the device.

The expansion is spotted in Europe and other regions with EMUI version 12.0.0.350. The update package size is relative to 300 megabytes. If the update doesn’t appear in the notification panel, we suggest you to head over the Settings menu.

As we reported, the Huawei P40 Pro is not a part of the official EMUI 13 upgrade plan. Therefore, we’ll have to wait for more details about its EMUI 13 eligibility status.
