POCO X3 Pro smartphone is receiving January 2022 security update in Europe. This security patch bumps into the device along with Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 software. This update offers better stability and persistence to the device.

The flagship smartphone has recently grabbed the MIUI 12.5 stable update across several regions in the world. Thereafter, many users made complain regarding some screen lag issues which made the company take a step for better implementation in the handset.

The January 2022 MIUI update appearance is one such step. This step leads to finer functioning of the internal system over previous updates. Moreover, it strengthens the core structure and prevents minor bugs and issues.



The January 2022 MIUI Update for POCO X3 Pro smartphones appears with a specific build version which is V12.5.5.0.RJUEUXM. Meanwhile, it carries a package size that weighs up to 5.4GB.

As per the changelog, we don’t have many features or elements to go on with. However, stability and repairments for errors and defects took place in the update for the mentioned smartphone.

The 6.67-inch IPS LCD display design smartphone gives a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. While it offers a refresh rate of 120Hz. The pixel density of the device remains at 395 PPI. Further, it equips an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 chipset along with Adreno  640.

With the optical reference, the device sports a quad-camera setup that comprises a 48MP (f/1.8 aperture) primary camera, an 8MP (f/2.2 aperture) ultrawide camera, a 2MP (f/2.4 aperture) macro shooter, and a 2MP (f/2.4 aperture) depth shooter. This setup can be seen at the rear side of the device.

A single selfie camera is also attached at the front with 20MP (f/2.2 aperture). Furthermore, the smartphone packs a non-removable battery that has a capacity of 5160mAh. It gives a rapid charging of 33W.
