Huawei P series will return with full might and P60 Ultra could be Huawei’s powerful bid to get success. Yes, a new leak suggests that there could be an addition of the Huawei P60 Ultra in this upcoming lineup.
According to the tipster – Classmateguan, the Huawei P60 series could launch in March and an exact date is yet to be revealed by the tech maker. However, the tipster said that the Huawei P60 series includes P60E, P60, P60 Pro, and P60 ‘Ultra’. It’s also anticipated that customers could look forward to this new smartphone series.
Aside from the starting three models – P60E, P60, and P60 Pro, the inclusion of the P60 Ultra are surprising and quite amusing. The latest trend of the ‘Ultra’ phones is special in top phone makers including Samsung and Xiaomi.
In the past, Huawei launched its highest-end flagship with “Pro+”, for example, Huawei P40 Pro+ and Mate 40 Pro+. Over the last two years, Huawei had been through a major supply chain crisis and the company was forced to reduce its flagship phone count to only two phones – a standard and a Pro version.
But this year is different, Huawei is about to return to a dual flagship launch tradition. Adding Ultra to the Huawei P60 series is something new and it would be a replacement for the “Pro+” version.
For now, the tipster has not revealed any specs details of this phone but we could say that this type of model packs immense hardware and camera capabilities as compared to the Pro model and this Ultra may not be an exception.
Currently, Huawei has not announced any official details about the P60 series. Yet, there are some leaks that could give you a good amount of information about camera design.
A cover leak shows that the phone brings a rectangular camera identical to the P40 series consisting of a large P50 series ring in the center. This camera module is new and seems a fusion between the past two P series flagships.
