This is quite an interesting development that has been made after NetEase Cloud Music became the first third-party music streaming app to support the HarmonyOS operating system.

NetEase Cloud Music is a music streaming platform with more than 800 million active users. It’s first debuted in April 2013 and offers playlist downloading for free. At present, it has upgraded to the 8.6.00 version to install various features compared to the other applications of this genre.

According to the information, the NetEase Cloud Music HarmonyOS Service Widget supports playlist recommendations and selects popular playlists. It also includes daily recommendations, private FM, recently played songs and my favorite music.

Similar to another service widget, it also comes in different sizes and has features based on the size of the widget itself. More importantly, you can select playlists and operate them without opening ht corresponding app from right on your phone’s home screen.

During the Huawei Developer Conference 2021, Huawei and Netease have announced their partnership to bring the music streaming service on the HarmonyOS platform and allow the consumer to engage with this music service in a new way.
