Huawei Mate X seems to have some new changes on its back

He Gang, President of Huawei Smartphone Product Division said in an interview that Mate X is still being optimized for being perfect and will not go for public release without acquiring the quality measurements.

He also said the process of optimization involves new features, new design methods and more to solve difficulties, problems, and challenges for various scenarios, which the company has not aware of before.

He added that Huawei product quality requirements are very demanding. If the product does not meet the required quality requirements, it will not be launched in the market but he expected that Mate X will meet complete its optimizations very soon.

Yesterday we saw some of the images of Mate X spotted in the hands of Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, Yu Chengdong, with some changes on the backside and we could expect that some of the change may have been made on the display.

Currently, Huawei Mate X has received 3C and Network Access license in China which makes it eligible for market launch but its global launch is expected to stay alongside Samsung Galaxy Fold in September.
