Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 receiving EMUI 10 in South Africa

EMUI 10 is expanding for the different smartphones around the globe and this latest version of EMUI now reached Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 in South Africa.

Users of Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 can upgrade to the new EMUI version to get advantages of the latest features.

Note: The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time to reach your device.

EMUI 10 is based on Android 10, bringing the latest features and changes in the user interface design including the magazine-style UI layout, Morandi UI color system, and the new Dark Mode. (New Features linked below)

Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 receiving the EMUI 10 with version 10.0.0.185 with a 3.51GB software package size.

Tip – Back up important data and keep the phone sufficiently charged before beginning to upgrade.

HOW TO UPDATE:

Via Settings:

Open Settings
Click on ‘System’
Click on ‘Software update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare/Support:

Open HiCare/Support app
Click on ‘Services’ tab
Click on ‘Update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’

Note: HiCare is now renamed as Support App.
