Huawei Vision Glass VR AR: Everything you need to know

Huawei has recently launched Vision Glass, its first smart viewing glasses. It can project a digital screen of a 120-inch giant display, bringing an ultra-immersive cinematic viewing experience. He Gang, Huawei Chief Operating Officier (COO) of Huawei Device Business Group said it is an exclusive “pocket smart screen”.
Huawei Vision Glass VR AR smart glasses come with a minimalist streamlined design that looks like ordinary sunglasses and it’s quite fashionable to wear.
The temples can be bent over 20,000 times and the glasses body has been “weight-reduced”, it is very convenient for storage.
The wearing experience of these Vision Glasses is provide comfort. According to a survey, 98% of the people surveyed revealed that the design guarantees comfort while wearing it.
In terms of hardware, Vision Glass uses a Micro OLED screen with a single-eye resolution of 1920 x 1080 resolution with a 90% DCI-P3 cinema-wide color gamut, 53PPD, and an eye-catching brightness of 480 nits.
It can bring in a virtual giant screen of 4 meters by 120 inches and 3 meters by 100 inches, which could match in as your daily entertainment.
Huawei confirmed that the Vision Glass has passed TUV Rheinland low blue light certification and the virtual image distance of Vision Glass is more than 4m, compared to the general viewing distance of a TV of about 2-3 meters. It assures that people of all ages won’t hurt their eyes while using it.
Huawei has optimized these smart glasses for myopic groups, as it can provide a 0-500 degree diopter adjustment feature.
Simultaneously, an air capsule nose pad that is made of skin-friendly materials and supports three adjustments are added to ensure the comfort and convenience of wearing by users with myopia.
Surprisingly, the sound quality of viewing glasses is not too low. These glasses boast a 128 mm2 ultra-thin large-amplitude speaker. It has a leak-proof inverse sound field and an open acoustic design, supporting both stereo and 3D spatial sound effects.
For smart features, Huawei Vision Glass could be connected directly to a smartphone and support multiple platforms such as tablets, and PCs, you just need to plug in a supported USB cable and start using it.

Huawei Watch GT Cyber is made with premium materials and creates a lightweight, fit, and comfortable grip. There are two editions to choose from – Urban Edition with golden black color and Sport Edition with midnight black scheme.
The Golden Black Urban Edition uses a nanocrystal ceramic bezel with a 316L stainless steel body frame. The Midnight Black Sport Edition and Space Grey Sport Edition use a fiber-reinforced composite bezel and body frame.
Huawei says, the Watch GT Cyber is standout 50-meter water resistance and brings 16-test military-level durability.
There are new smart features, such as the new raise the wrist to change the color of the screen flash. It has on-screen interactions via Celia smart voice assistant, call answering, and media playback.

Huawei Watch 3 series is the first to grab HarmonyOS 3 software and the company is pushing March 2023 update for this smartwatch with a new security patch.
According to the changelog, Huawei Watch 3 series is getting March 2023 update tagged with build version 3.0.0.157. While users will have to download 258 megabytes of package size to get this new improvement onboard.
However, there’s something special about this release and that is related to the security patch. The new firmware has February 2023 security patch. With HarmonyOS 2, Huawei never fetched the Huawei Watch 3 series with a new security patch. Not specifically in the changelog.
Interestingly, this is the first time, we’re witnessing such improvement in the OTA upgrade changelog. But it is the only improvement that the smartwatch is getting for the time being.
