Huawei has rolled up its sleeves for tonight’s product launch event. The Chinese manufacturer will step into this conference with several goodies-like hardware and software products. In the meantime, Huawei observers are constantly bringing some new buzz, this time related to the 3D user’s avatar image.

The Chinese tech giant has officially posted an online invitation letter on its Weibo blog. The invitation carries a scanning code through which users can open the WeChat app and generate their virtual avatar. Well, this sign was enough for the digital bloggers to speculate about the new Huawei 3D self-made image function.

According to the digital blogster – @Kanshan’sUncle, the scanner code is not an invitation notice, but a hint toward the upcoming technology of Huawei. Consequently, the 3D self-made image will let you produce a 3D cartoon character, based on your real image. Further, this virtual avatar might be the one that supports several mini activities. For instance, from buying the props to dressing up yourself.

The blogger also states that this avatar can apply to the account center’s personal information, emoji input method, lock screen AOD display, sports health, an account image, and other scenarios. And who knows, what else the function will offer to the users in the time ahead.

Confirming the same news, another blogster @FactoryManagerShiGuan also reports the information with some new avatar images. The lead also covers the statement that it could be a new addition to the HarmonyOS ecosystem.

On the flip side, there are assumptions that Huawei could launch this new feature on August 27. Hence, we might see the Mate 50 series and 3D virtual image trait together on the consumer platform.

Things are lying in a jerky manner on the table for the moment, But we are expecting the company to flash some light over the new function in tonight’s event.
